School of Housing, Building and Planning have 6 majors, which is architecture, quantity surveying, project managemant, planning, building technology and interior design.
From what i know, our school building was designed by our professional lecturers.
But sadly, it is not the building that can be flattered.
We can see our building is not proportion. The stairs, the toilet, even the overhang is not function nicely... when the day is raining, we can see the water is stagnant at the corridor.
what can i say is, our school is poor develop.
Our school was design by our lecturers lah... should it be like this??
i dont think so...
because they suppose to know the UBBL.
if we, as students, does not follow the UBBL, they will reject our project..
but did they follow the UBBL to design this building???
is it because of to reduce the cost, so they reduce the measure of everything???
They told us everything in the class. Everythings that we should know to produce a good building. But from the starting, the told us a lie(disinformation).. our school building is a proof..
I think maybe this building can be repair from time to time to reduce the disinformation.
so that, the future students of HBP does not feel like we do now..
and maybe they can take our school building as a good reference later.
